By working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Project Scope
All services will be outlined and agreed upon before the project begins. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
2. Payments
An advance payment of 50% is required to start. The remaining 50% shall be payable upon 90% project completion.
3. Revisions
We offer limited revisions (maximum 4 per project) to ensure client satisfaction. Major changes beyond the said revision may result in extra fees.
4. Turnaround Time
Delivery period may vary by project type and will be discussed in advance. Delays caused by missing feedback or resources from the client may extend delivery time.
5. Ownership & Copyright
Final designs or deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
6. Cancellation
If the client cancels the project any time before completion, the advance is non-refundable. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
7. Communication
Clear, timely communication is essential. All project discussions will take place via email, zoom video calls, WhatsApp. etc.
